A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District
N=ber Hight of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, &4nd levying and
assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of light-
ing said district*
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE, CITY OF KALISPELL:
section 1.- The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Eik;ht of the
City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estirlated to,be 68008
Section 2. A. tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light-
ing the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parceis of
made
land within th(� said district as follows, to -wit, (Reference is hereby/to
the original resolution on file and of record in the office of the City
Clerk for a specific description of the above mentioned district),
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six 01clock F.
�,M on 'the 30th day of November, 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of intention to
Create Lighting District Number Ei6ht for further particulars.
