BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE4 CITY OF KaIi3PELL0
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Nine of the
City of Kalispell for the, year 1919 is estimated to be 51*'904
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property in
the said lighting district for the am6unt of the estiniated. cost, of lighting
the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of land
within the said district. (Reference is hereby made to the original Resolutaft
I
ion on file and of record in the office of the City Clerk'for a specific
description of the above mentioned district.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o'clock P.M.
on the 30th day of November, 1919*
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the resolution of Intention to
Create Lighting District Number Nine for further particulars*
Introduced September 1st and set for hearing October 6th,. 1919 at 7-30
