Sectic-n 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Ilumber Twelve -of
the City of Kallispel, for the yeaT 1919 is eatimated,to be 228*004'
Section 2* A Tax is hereby levied -and assessed tipon all the property

in the said- lighting -district for the amount of the estimated cost of light-
ing the streets therein by apportioning to the sever6l lots and parcels of
land within the said district as follows* (Reference is her'eby imade to the
original resolution on* file i"n the office of the City Clerk for aspecific
description of the property embraced in the above mentioned dsitrict,,)
Section 3* The tax hereby� levied becomes delinquent at -six o"clook P.
V. on the 30th day of November 1919,
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to create Lighting District Number Twelve for further particulars��
Introduced September 1st and set -for hearing October 6th 1919 at 7-30
otclock P.M.
