BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CI

Kalispell for the year 1919, and levying and
in the said district with the cost of light -
COUNCIL 09 THE CITY OF KALISPIZIL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Thirteen of
the City of Kalispell for the yegr 1919, is, estimated to be $114.99.
Section 2. -A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the,said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light-
ing the streets therein, by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of
land within the said district as follows. (Reference is hereby made to the
original Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific
description of the property embraced in the above.mentioned district.)
Section 3.. The Tax hereby levied becomes delinqueilt at six o'clock
P.M. on the 30th day of November, 1919.

to Create Lighting District Number Thirteen for further particulars.
