A Resolution estimating the cost of 'lighting Special Lighting District
Number Fourteen of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919; and levying
and assessing all the property within the said district with the cost of
lighting said district.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Fourteen of
the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $209.78.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied a d assessed upon all t he property
in the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light-
ing the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of
land within the said district as follows, to -wit; (Reference is hereby made
to the original Resolution on file in the office of the City Clark for a
specific description of the property embraced in the above mentioned dis-
trict.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six opolock
P.M. on the 30th day of November, 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to create Lighting District Number Fourteen for further particulars.
