A Resolution. estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District
number Fifteen of the City of Kalispell for the year 1919, and levying and
assessing all the property within the said district with the GoBt of light
ing'said district.
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Fifteen of
the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $190.29.
Section 2* A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon a 11 the property
irl the said lighting district for the amount of the estimated cost of light-
ing the streets therein by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of
land. within the said district.. (Reference is hereby made to the ori6inal
Resolution on file in the office of the City Clerk for a specific descriptMW
ion of the property Ombraced in the above mentioned district.)
Sect ion 3* The tax hereby levied becomes 'delinquent at six o clock
