A Resolution estimating the cost of lighting Special Lighting District .
Number Sixteen of the City of Kalispell, for the year 1919,,a,nd levying and
assessing all the property within the said di,strict with the cost of light-
ing said district.
BE IT FYSOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL:
Section 1. The cost of lighting Lighting District Number Sixteen of
the City of Kalispell for the year 1919 is estimated to be $190.6Z.
Section 2. A tax is hereby levied and assessed upon all the property
in the sald lighting district, for the amount of the estimated cost of light
ing the streets therein, by apportioning to the several lots and parcels of
land within the said district, as follows, to -wit; (Refexence is hereby
made to the original Resolution on file and of record in the office of the
City Clerk for a specific description of the property mentioned above.)
Section 3. The tax hereby levied becomes delinquent at six o I -clock
P.M. on the 30th day of November, 1919.
Section 4. Reference is hereby made to the Resolution of Intention
to Create Lighting District Number Sixteen for further particulars.
Introduced September ist and set for hearing October 6th, 1919, at
7-30 O'Clock P.M.
