BE IT RESOLT-33D BY THE CITY CO'O'NCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL, MONTANA4 Section lo That it is the intention,of tiae City Coun- cil of the City of Kalispell to create a special improirement light,* ing district hereby designated as Special Improvement Li$shting District No. 31, for the purpose of lightin6 Fifth Avenue West of the City of Kalispell as follows to wit, From a point one hundred eiglity three feet southerly from the southwek�t corner of lot 7 block thirty and the southeast corner of lot six block one hundred fifty three, to a point opposite the lot lines of lots nine and ten block ten,'and three and four block one hundred forty nine. Section 2o That the boundaries of such proposed Special Improvement Lighting District are as follwwal Beginning at the center of blook ten, thence sout]-ierly paralleling the east line of Fifth Avenue West to a point one hundred eighty three feet southerly from the center of the alley on the south line of block thirty, thence westerly paralleling the south line of blocks thirty and one -hundred fifty three, three,.hundred sixty six feet, thence northerly par'alleling the west line of Fifth Avenue West to -the center of block one hundred forty :,��seven'� thence eaeterly to the place of beginninge Sleation 3.
