RESOLUTIOP OF INTENTION TO CRJ41ATH SPECIAL IMPROVPW-'�NT LIGHTING
DISTRTCT Roo 21*
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA*
Section I* That it is the intention of the City Council
of the City of Kalispell to create a special improvementm lighting
d.istriot hereby designated as Special ImProvement Ligiitin& District
No. 21 for the purpose of lighting Fourth Acenue West of the City
of Kaliepell as follows, to -wit: From a point opposite the south.
west corner of lot seven of block twenty, nine, and the south east
corner of lot six of block thirty, to a point opposite the lot
lines between lots nine and ten of block nine and three and four
of block ten.
Section 2* That the boundries of euch proposed Special
Improvement Lightin�; District are as follows., Beginning, at the
center of the alley on the south line of block twerity nine, thence
northerly parftl1eling the east line of Fourth Avenue West to the
center of block nine, thence vesterly to the center of block ten,
thence southerly paralleling the weat line of Fourt Avenue West
to a point in the center of the alley on the south line of block
thirty, thence easterly to the place, of beginning.
Section 30 That the general character of the improve=
I
ments to be made in said proposed special improyemeiit lighting
is as follows to -wit; the procuring and erecting of posts, wires,
lamps and other suitable arid necessary appliances for the purpose
of liga'ting t1iose parts of the avenues, atreets and public h16,;hV0
ways of the City of Kalispell hereinbefore described.
Section 4* That the approximate of the cost of the
improvements to be made is the sum- of $4*35, and an approximate
estiviate of the cost of maintaining the liglits in the proposed
district and supplying electrical current therefor for the first
year is the sum of $129*6o� and. three fourths of the cost shall
be assessed against the property embraced within the district abutaw
ting such avenue*
Section 5. That on the 6th day of January 1919, at

at seven thirty otclock 11, M., a regular meetIng, the City Council
will hear and pass upon all protests that may be made against the
making of the improvements or tkie creation of such district.
Section 6. The City Clerk is hereby authQrized and direct,ed
to ve the 0
1 proper notice of the passa6e of this resolution by pub-
lication and mailing as required by law, such publication to be
a daily newspaper published in the City

of Kalispell.
