the costs and expenses of improvements made and constructed in Spec-
ial Improvernent District No. 175 of the City of Kalispell, Montana,
in accordance with the resolutions and ordinances of said City a tax
against all property included 'in said districts the amount to be
charged against pach lot or parcel thereof being set oppaite the des1W
