RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL IMPROVFIMENT.DI'STRICT NO. 1680
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEIR CITY OF KALISPELL,
MONTANA:
Section 1, 1hat Special Improvem-ent,District
No. 168 is hereby created for the purpose of the construction
of an eight inch sanitary sewer with manholes, flush tanks
and other appurtenances, commencing at the point of inter-
section of the center line of the alley in block one hundred
forty-two with the northerly line of Twelfth Street,, thence
along the center line of said allc-q and. to a connection with
the sewer in Eleventh Street.
Sectlon 2. That said district is created, subject to
all the terms and conditions specified in Resolution No. 6029
entit] ed "Resolution of Intention to Create Special Improve-
ment District No. 16811, adopted September 7th,, 1915., to which
reference is hereby made for further particulars,
