ESOLUTION CREATING SPECIA1 13APROMMMINT DISTRICT No. 1710
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OP CITY OF KAIISPELL,
MONTANA*
Seotlion 1. That Special Improvement D.1strict 140,
171 is hereby created for the purpose of the construction of
a twelve and ten inch sanitary sewer with maniioles, flushtanks,
lamp holes and other necessary appurtenances, commencing at a
point of intersection with the sewer in Ninth Street, thence
ilortherly along the center line of the alley between Fifth and
sixth Avenues West, to an intersection with the sewer in Fourth
Street,
Section 2. That said district is created subject
to all the terras -.ind conditions specified in 1"Iesolution ro, 612
entitled."Resolution of Intention to create Special Improvement
