Resolution No. 655
A Resolution levying and assessing the cost of constructing
Concrete Sidewalks and Curbs in the City of Kalispell, Yontana,un-
der the provisions of Ordinance Number 331, for year 1917 and 1916.
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Kalispell,
Montana.
Section 1. An assessment and tax is hereby levied and
assessed against each lot or parcel of land herein after particular-
ily described to defray the costs of sidewalks and curbs constructed
in front of each of said lots or parcels of land respectfully, such
assessment and tax being spread over a period of five years and the
name of the owner, the total of the assessment and tax and the amount
of each annual payment being set opposite the description of the
property as follows, to -wit; -

Section 2. The first payment shall become delinquent at
five o'clock'P. M. on the thirieth day of November 191E, and each
annual payment shall become delinquent each year on November 3oth
at five o'clock P. Y. and each payment shall bear interest at the
rate of six per cent per annum from the date of the registration of
the warrants issued for the work for which the payment is made.
Section 3. Objections to the final adoption of this
resolution will be heard by the COUncil at a meeting thereof to be
held at the Council Chambers in the City of Kalispell on the 7th
day of October 1918 at 7:3o o'clock P. M.
