BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF KALISPELL. MONTANA,*
Section 1,, That it do the intention of the City Council of the
Ci ty of KRlispell to create a special improvement district, hereby
designated as Special Improvement Di.strict No. 175v and the boundries
of said propooed special improvement district are hereby declt�red to
be -vie follows: BeginnJng at the intersection of the center line of
Third Avenue West with the center line of Montana Street; whence progo
ceeding north along the center line �of Thir.d Avenue West to an interm
section with the center line of Tdaho Street* thence west along the
center line of Idaho Street to an intersection with the center line
Of Fourth Avenue Yiesto thence south �along the center line of Foiarth
Avenue West to an intersection riWthe center line of 11,ontana Street;
thenoe easterly to the place of beginning.
Section 2,, That the general character of the improvements to be
made in said proposed Special T

wit: The construction of a twelve.inch sanitary- zerer with one lamp
hole and. one man hole and the necessary appurtenances,

shall be assessed, against the entire district, each lot or parcel of

equal anniial installments hereby extended over a period of five years.,
