Section 1. Being vo advised by the City Attorney,
the City, Council is of the opinion that the act of the
Legiqlative Assembly of the State of ",�A,ont.%Ina, kroun es the

V,'orkmenls CoTmpenoation Act, approved '-�arch 8th 1915, is un-
constitutional and inoperative as to cities.
Section 2. That the City of Kalispell complies with
the provisions of such act under protest and all payments by
it made or to made to the Industrial Accident Board created
by such act are made under protest.
