CONSTRUCTING CONC�ETF4 SIDEWALVaS AND CURBS IN THE CITY OF
KALISFELL, MONTANA, UNDER THE PROVISIO14S OF ORDINANCE NO.
288 FOR YEAR 1914-19150
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF' KALISPELL:
Section 1. 'An assessment and tax is hereby levied
and assessed against each lot or parcel of land hereinofter
particularly described'to defray the costic.-> of sidewalks and
curbs constructed in fiont of each of such lots or parcels of
land respectively, such assessment and tax being spread over
a period of five years, and the riarne of the owner, the total
amount of the assessment and tax and the amount of each annual
payment being set oppo�ite the description of the property�
as follows, to --wit,*

payment shall
