R E S 0 L U T 1 0 N NO. 580*
RESOLUTION CONCERNING PAVEMENT OF FIFTH AVENUE WEST
AND MONTANA STREET.
RESOLVED That whenever Fifth Avenue West, or
Montana Street or both. thereof or any part thereof,
shall be paved, in case such street or, avenue or both
or any part thereof so paved shall. bo occupied by a
railway constructed pursuant to the franchise granted
the Flathead Valley Development Company,, it is the
sense of the City Council that the part of such avenue
or street so paved,.the cost of which shall not be borne
by the owners of such railway, as provided in. such fran-
chise, shall be borne by the City at large and not by
the abutting property owners.
