Association and W. Me -Knight & Co., the Council of the
City of Kqlispell did,'on the eighteenth day of Mar ch, 1.912)
adopt Renolution J�a. 460 vacating that portion of Montp.�nva
Street in the City of Kalispell be-tween Second Avenue East
horth Rnd. Third Avenue Fast North and 9.11 of the a2-2-ey in
blocks eighteen and twenty-three of the Original 111ownsite
of Kalispell from, 9, point eighteen feet south of the north
11ne of lots six and seven in said block eighteen south to
the Gre-3,t Yorthern Ri&�t-of-ivay, which -resolution provided
that in the event of the property adjoining the street,and
all ey s o vacq.ted. ceasing to be used for an Rthletic par'k
that the street and alley should revert back to the City
of Kalispell for street 9nd la2ley purposes, and;
WHYREAS the said property hn.s cen-sed to be used for

the Council their petition dedicnting the he-reinbefore de,' -
