WJIM,EAS the Kalispell, Athletic Association, on the
twenty-first d.-sy of March, 1912, duly Rnd regularly dedicated
to the public for street and alley purposes a strip eighteen
feet wide on the north side of lots six Rnd seven of block
eighteen, Original Townsite of Kalispell, upon the express ,
condition, however, that such strip should revert to the said
Kali'spell Athletic Association whenever thqt portion of Yoritana
Street and the alley in blocks eighteen and twenty-three of
such townsite conditionally vvacated by the Council of the
City of Kali,,c�pell -by Rfbsolution No. 460, passed March, 18th,
1912, should be -reopened for street -7i:nd alley purposes, and;
WHFAEMS the seld street and slley- so vacated have
been reopened and rededicated to the public for street and
alley purposes and have boon Po declsred to be, by Resolution
