Kalispell, Yontana, has heretofore passed a resolution by
the terms of which the construction of wooden curbs along
the grass plots on Third Avenue N7,ast witiiin the limits of
said district to replace the present wooden curbing and
serving the 7ast one half of Blocks 38,43, 58, 63 and 78
and the West one half of Blocks 79, 62, 59, .42 and 39 of
the Original To,,,.rnsite of the City of Kalispell was author-
ized and provision made therein for the payment of the cost
of said improvements,being the sum -of $444.67,
