Section 6. That t1le entire cost and expense of said
improvement shall be paid by -the said improveinent, district and
assessed a,7ainst th(n, property therein cont,,-,tiried.

improvements in said district, narnely:
The Construction of' a F�anitcary sewer from WashinE`_
ton 6treet -to California Otreet in the alley between Second
Avenue East Llor*'%-.Fh and Third Avenue Past North.
The estimated cost of which is the sura of $830.00,
which co,,,�it is -to be rasigessed aq. a special assessr-rient against
the property i�iabraceld in said distrii�,-t. That the said reso-
lution of intention is No. 548 and is on file in the office
of the Clerk of the City Of Kalispell, to which resolution
for a ' description of the boundaries of ,L;aid dietrict, refer-
ence is hereby made. That the property 'to be effected by
the creation of said Special IzAproverrient Diutrict and the
thereunder is described as follows, to -wit:
All of Blocks 221 and 222 of the Townsite of the
City of Kalispell, 'Montaria._
TIhat the City Council of the Oilty of' Kalispell will
be in session on the, 18th da'y of Miay, 1914; at 7:30 o'clock

74!ontana, at which time and place, the said Council will hear
ol-,jections to the fina',l and official adoption of said resolu-
tion and at which time any person or persons who are owners
or agents of owners of' any lot or parcel of' land wit�iin said
proposed district, who shall, within fifteen days after the
first publication of this notice, have delivered to the City
Clerk of the City of" Kalispell, a protest in 1,,vri-ting against

proposed improvement district, or both, shall have the right
