OLD BUSINESS:
Bay Bar & Grill — 139 -1st Avenue West; No Administrative CUP application has been
received yet.
NEW BUSINESS:
Grizzly Building Co. — 540 West Idaho; shed construction/displays — 15' setbacks off of
Idaho. There is hard surface but no sidewalks. A pole in the right-of-way needs to come out.
They want to put plants and bark around their sheds. There is no sidewalk on 6th Avenue
W.N. If there is no hard surface walking path, they should put in a sidewalk on 6th with a 20'
setback. They have more parking than what they need. This will be used as a sales and
storage office, and not a building or assembly site as stated last week. Approved.
KRMC — MRI addition to north wing of hospital. This is in the PUD. The materials will
match the existing building. There shouldn't be any parking issues. They will be building out
over the grass. There are no drainage issues. They will be extending the sprinkler to cover
any fire issues. Approved by site review.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS:
Car Wash and Small Retail or Office — Michael Blend project - on corner of Meridian and
Liberty. The car wash project has been temporarily withdrawn. The neighborhood covenants
state that it can only have a residential project at that property.
OTHER REPORTS:
