A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO, � BY REVISING AMBULANCE RATES FOR
THE USE OF THE KALISPELL AMBULANCE SERVICE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Kalispell maintains an ambulance service through its fire department;
WHEREAS, on May 6, 2002, the City Council passed Resolution No. 4694, which increased the rates for the
Kalispell Ambulance Service set by Resolution 33; and
WHER ,AS, d x to increases in costs and changes in reimbursements, it is necessary to revise the rates that are
charged for the ambulance service use.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of THE CITY of KALISP LL AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Resolution No, 4694 is hereby amended by revising the rates of the Kalispell
Ambulance Service as follows:

Return Transfer .Rate 150.00 plus mileage
Stand-by Ambulance: $110.00 for the first hour and $85.00 per hour thereafter. This rate will be figured on
quarter er hour bads. Anyone transported during stand-by will be billed per any normal run.

SECTION H. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the City
Council.
