A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLACEMENT OF STOP SIGNS ON NORTHRIDGE
DRIVE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH SHERRY LANE AND DECLARING AS T
EFFECTIVE DATE.
.BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CffY OF KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS.
SECTION 1. That vehicles, including motor vehicles, bicycles, or other vehicles shall be
required to stop in the east and west bound lades of Northridge ,Drive at its
intersection with Sherry Lane.
SECTION 11. The Chief of Police is authorized and directed to erect stop silts at the above
lat1*.
SECTION Ill. This Resolution luti shall become effective immediately upon its passage by the
City Council and approval by the Mayor.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL AND SIGNED BY THE MAYOR OF THE
CITY OF KALISPEL , THIS 3RD DAY OF JANUARY, 2006.
