HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Peterson School —2nd Street West; classroom and cafeteria addition —consisting
of four classrooms, and the cafeteria/multi-purpose room. Site plans have been circulated. The
building is crossing a property line, and they will need to bind those properties together so they won't
need to deal with firewalls. Fire and Building have reviewed the previous plans and stated they will
probably not require sprinklering, but Dedman will review the new plans to confirm that. Otherwise,
this project is approved through Site Review.
Edgerton School — Whitefish Stage; two-story classroom additions. Site plans have been reviewed.
They are putting in a couple of smaller classroom additions on the back corners, along with some new
asphalt. Wargo will check on water quality issues regarding the parking lot.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Brannigan's — Dedman wants a condition on the CUP to sprinkler
the entire building. There will also be a gluten -free bakery going into the Loading Dock next to them.
Crowley noted that the new curb in front of the building needs to be painted yellow when the
weather permits it, and this should be added as a condition to the CUP.
