HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Hagestad Painting — They have posted a bond for
landscaping and a little bit on the driveway. Fincher will review it for Parks approval.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: None.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing on the agenda. Some people came in to discuss apossible
Bed & Breakfast on the eastside of town. They have a buy/sell, and it is in an R-3 zone.
Brannigan's is discussing remodeling the second story at the Loading Dock building to put in
gaming tables and gaming machines. We have had one preliminary meeting on this so far. They may
start on this in February.
OTHER REPORTS: Spring Prairie, Phase II — Wargo received a call from an engineer whom
Sorensen believes is representing Cabella's, putting together the initial due diligence paperwork for
them. They already have an approved site plan for the building but their preferred option has not
been approved yet and is subject to change.
