Sorensen, Chairman GUESTS: James Freyholtz, MDT HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: Hagestad Painting — They will be posting a bond for landscaping and little bit on the driveway. OLD BUSINESS: Buffalo Commons PUD amendment request. Will be removing the City as party to the covenants and adjusting the sign regulations there to better align with our general B-1 zone, which includes neighborhood buffered zone standards. Also a few other adjustments that will align this better with the way our regulations are today. We met with the hospital about making these changes there in the medical pod. Details were discussed at last week's meeting. The committee agreed that this is a minor change. NEW BUSINESS: We have had a few meetings with ADG about three of the different projects with the school bond issues that passed this last election. They have submitted some plans for preliminary comments on an addition at Peterson Elementary School. There will be a multipurpose room mostly used as a lunch room. There will also be four classrooms, some storage area, and some bathrooms that will be added. They have a temporary structure that will be removed when the addition is completed. Fire will look at the alarming, sprinklering, and the access gate. The addition is over 5,000 sq. ft., which will trigger stormwater requirements. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing on the agenda. Some people came in to discuss a possible Bed & Breakfast on the eastside of town. They have a buy/sell, and it is in an R-3 zone. OTHER REPORTS: Freyholtz asked about the Kelly Main Street project in regard to Main Street. They will need to cut into Main Street to access the water main and also tap into the fire line. The first phase of the project — the main floor — is planning to open in the beginning of January. The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
