HEAR THE PUBLIC: None.
PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None.
OLD BUSINESS: None.
NEW BUSINESS: Depot Place — 3rd Ave EN/E Center — new senior apartments. Their building
plans came in and were dispersed. There is a CUP in place. This will be on the agenda for next
week.
PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: The only item at this time for next month is a group home possibly
on the west side. This may be somewhere else in the City, and they will let Conrad know by Friday
where the location will be. The Planning Board would hold a public hearing on this. They will need
to provide their management plan, who their clientele will be, and who their contact person will be if
there are any issues or problems. They will provide short-term (up to a year) housing for women in
need, as an extension of the Ray of Hope facility, and also provide financial services, job placement,
etc.
