Sorensen, Chairman Kathy Kuhlin, Recording Secretary GUESTS: James Freyholtz, MDT; Rebecca Bodnar, WWTP HEAR THE PUBLIC: None. PERFORMANCE BOND REMINDERS: None. OLD BUSINESS: Original Juicery — 1645 Airport Rd; new drive-thru juicery — nothing new on this project yet. The building has been built but has not been moved yet to the site. NEW BUSINESS: None. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Nothing for the October meeting. For November, we have a request for a zone change for a couple of lots on Indian Trail. They will need to do a building permit to make the conversion from a single family zone to duplex zoning. OTHER REPORTS: Sorensen asked Freyholtz when the bypass behind Wal-Mart will open. He stated that the last tentative date he heard was October I't. Becky Bodnar from the Wastewater Treatment Plant attended the meeting to find out how she can be advised about projects that have oil grease separators. Sorensen explained how projects go through Site Review. Bodnar is working to implement a Pretreatment FOG Program (fats, oil, grease). The program will not only require certain businesses to put in grease traps, but to also maintain them. Presently, the City does not have a policy that requires grease traps to be installed in any specific location. The meeting was adjourned at 10:10 a.m.
