Police Chief Narda Wilson, City Planner Kathy Kuhlin, Recording Secretary Performance Bond Reminders: IHOP will be released as Parks has signed off on the landscaping and the lighting has been up for a while. OLD BUSINESS: 28/38 — 8th Avenue West — new multi -family — They may drop back to a three-plex instead of a four-plex. West Coast Hotel/Kalispell Center Mall — The owners are in today to visit with City officials. This is scheduled for Architectural Review on Tuesday morning. Western Building Center — P. J. will contact Jackola regarding some of the issues previously discussed, including drainage, compliance with fire code with their last project, and maybe additional parking spaces NEW BUSINESS: Milbrandt — new apartments/ 1705 -5th Avenue East — they will need to run an 8" sewer line past the lot and put a sewer main in . The landscaping plan shows different parking than the site plans. Also putting in a duplex next to the house. They are showing the sidewalk attached to the curb. They could put the sidewalk next to the property line and the drainage would go away from the property line. On the agenda for next week. OTHER DISCUSSION: City Brew Drive-Thru — Next to Papa John's — They are talking with MDOT about not putting in some of the curbing and landscaping due to financial restraints. Glacier High School — They need their remainder permit. They have not yet paid their late comers fee or their water and sewer hook-up fees. Subdivision Plat Pre -Application Process — Narda suggested we have pre -application meetings with the developer at site review before they submit the subdivision plat. Meadow Park Subdivision — The developer wants to add two lots off of South Woodland. There is no sidewalk there. This addition is about a 10,000 sq. ft. minor subdivision that will be annexed. Mountain Vista Estates Phase IV — They will need a temporary turn around at the end of the road. They could bond for the curb, gutter, and sidewalk. Willow Glen Heights — New owner is Roger Olsen. This is a four -acre parcel with a 20' buffer. We have asked for cash in lieu of the bike/pedestrian trail to be set aside for the Willow Glen trail. This will be zoned R-3. This will be on the agenda for next week. New Fire Inspector — The Fire Department has hired Michael Eaton as their new Fire Inspector. He will join Brent and F. Ray in the Prevention Division. His employment begins on October 17th Fire Chief Randy Brodehl — Chief Brodehl will be back in the Flathead on Sunday.
