Performance Bond Reminders: Same as last week. Keep working toward completing the list. OLD BUSINESS: West Coast Hotel/Kalispell Center Mall — expansion — Plans have not yet been submitted. F. Ray has been working with them on their water issues. NEW BUSINESS: Glacier Meadows, LLC — apartment complex / 421-429 2nd Ave W — This went through Architectural Review this morning. ARC changes include adding a Dutch hip, some railings., a courtyard common area, and some landscape buffering between the buildings. Utility issues with gas company, and they asked that the lines be routed. There has been some discussion about bindings together due to various utility issues. Discussion was held regarding keeping it as three separate lots with shared connections on each individual lot. Put separate connections for each lot with one meter per lot, then the issue of binding the lots together goes away. These will be built as townhouses, and a duplex. Two 2-unit duplexes. They will have 2-hour separation walls. From the Site Review and zoning perspective, they will need to move the building to allow for a 10 foot setback from the parking spaces to the alley. They will need to add a van accessible handicap parking space. A Lighting Plan needs to be submitted, and the landscaping improved as previously noted. The alley will need to be paved if it isn't yet, from the closest end to the end of their property. They will need a Landscaping Plan for the common area. Addressing will be handled by Fred Zavodny. This is approved with the conditions as listed above. PLANNING OFFICE ITEMS: Planning Board Agenda — Nothing. OTHER REPORTS: Village Greens — The Police Department has done some traffic control of the area discussed last week. They also have the radar trailer set up there.
