Remarks
Fred Leistiko has requested that RPA make copies of the appraisals and review appraisals that
have been completed on lands which the City of Kalispell is acquiring. This binder contains the
most current information we are aware of and includes a Land Acquisition Cost Breakdown
sheet dated 4/26/06. This shows the City has purchased $1,415,143.00 worth of property and
buildings, since August 2004.
All landowner contacts and negotiation records are with the City of Kalispell.
