We are planning on sending this to every property owner that we need to conduct topographic surveying and other work upon. But, before we send, could you both review and let me know if you think there are certain landowners that we should approach in- person so that we can gain permission to perform work upon their property. This permission to enter does not include any drilling, digging, or sampling of materials beyond the use of hand tools. Any holes dug will be back -filled to their original condition prior to leaving the site.
