Remarks:
Please review the enclosed sketches. Given the dimensions and elevations that Lance found in the field, it
doesn't look like we have any utility relocation needs. The hangar pads (@ 6 inches below finished grade) are
in some locations temporarily lower than the drainage. This may be overcome, and the flow in the ditch
contained by a slight windrow or berm (see sketch).
