Construction has assembled the costs to provide all labor and material as required to construct a gate equipment shelter at the Kalispell City Airport in Kalispell, MT. Our proposal is based on information given to Wayne Morgan of CSC Inc. Our proposal includes the following: A. BUILDING ® Construct a 10' wide x 20' long conventionally framed structure. ® Building to have 8' walls constructed of 2 x6 wood studs @ 16" o/c covered with 28 GA. pre -finished metal building panels. Walls to be insulated with 6" fiberglass Batt insulation. Interior surfaces of the walls to be covered with 5/8" OSB board ® Building roof to be constructed of 2 x 6 roof rafters @ 24" o/c covered with 5/8" OSB board with 28GA. pre -finished metal building panels over. Roof to be insulated with 6" fiberglass batt insulation. ® Building to have three (3) 3030 vinyl windows. ® Building to have one (1) 3068 entrance door with locking latch set. ® Building to have one "Kadett" electric baseboard heater. Connection of the heater to the electrical service by the airport B. FOUNDATION: ® Construct a 10' x 20' footing foundation system. ® Perimeter footing to be 12" wide with 2 # 4 reinforcing bars. ® Building slab to be 4" concrete slab over compacted fill with #3 reinforcing bars @ 24" o/c ea. way. All of the above labor and material for the total sum of Eight Thousand Seven Hundred and 00/100 Dollars ($8,700.00) ® No electrical service work to the building is included.
