MILD FENCE CO. agrees to do all the above work in a good workmanlike manner.
Owner agrees to finanoe oft F.H.A. terms at his own expense.

contractor. A fence permit, if regvirei, must be obtained by the owner.
It is further agreed ftl contractor shall not be liable for delays caused by weather conditions, obtaining materials, or any oftr LaouSes beyond his conlrof.
Owner agreaes that in the event of cancellation of this contract before work has started, owner shall pay to contractor on dentand twenty-five (25%) per conl of the emiract
price as Its stipulated damages for the breach. V'erbaf agreementa other than Those expressed on his contract are not binding.
Fence will be built to average general grade in disregard to unevenness of ground. Fence wIll be erected on lot line when stakes can be found. It no stake can be looted, it
vrill be the responsibility of the property owner to determino his property line. If surrey is necmary, the property owner is required to ley for that service.
MILD FENCE CO. will not ba responsible for damaging unmarked advate underground lines such as sprinklers. power septic. etc Costs to locate private lines are owners
responsibility, MILD FENCE CO. will notify UDIC for underground Wlity locates.
