I have enclosed a copy of Amendment No. 1 to Agreement for Services for
Improvements to the Kalispell City Airport, Kalispell, Montana that has been executed by the
Kalispell City Airport Manager and submitted to me for my review and submission to the
Kalispell City Council. I have now reviewed the Agreement and agree and approve it as to form
and will recommend the same to the City Council at its regular July 19, 2010 meeting. At that
time I will request the Council's authority to allow me to execute the Agreement on the City's
behalf.
