To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay as
damages for Bodily Injury and Property Damage arising out of the aviation operations of the facility
described in the policy.
Limit of Liability
$5,000,000 Each Occurrence
Bodily Injury and Property Damage
To pay on behalf of the Insured all reasonable medical expense to persons who sustain Bodily Injury
caused by an accident arising from a condition of the insured premises or aviation operations of the
Insured.
Limit of Liability: $5,000 Each Person
To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay as
damages for Bodily Injury and Property Damage arising out of aviation services, goods or products
manufactured, sold, handled or distributed under the Insured's name, or work completed by or for the
Insured, but only if such services, goods or products or work completed have been relinquished to
others and the accident occurs away from the premises of the Insured.

direct loss of or damage to any non -owned or non-leased/non-managed aircraft (including loss of use)

service, or refueling on the premises owned or leased by the Insured and is on the ground.

To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay for injury
sustained by any person or organization relating to the aviation operations of the Insured arising out of
libel, slander, defamation, violation of privacy, piracy, unfair competition or infringement of copyright,
title or slogan which occurs in the course of the Named Insured's aviation advertising activities.
Limit of Liability: $5,000,000 Annual Aggregate
Note: This liability limit is part of and not in addition to the Personal Injury Liability Limit.
The personal effects and baggage of each passenger are covered while being transported in an
aircraft being operated by or for the Insured.
To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay for
Property Damage caused by fire to the premises rented or leased to the Insured.

To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay for the
direct loss of or damage to any non -owned or non -leased vehicle which at the time of the loss is in the
care, custody or control of the Insured for storage on the premises owned or leased by the Insured.

To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay as
damages for Bodily Injury arising out of the rendering of, or the failure to render, assistance to air
ambulance patients in assistance of medical personnel on board the aircraft.
Limit of Liability: $5,000,000 Each Occurrence and Annual Aggregate
To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay as
damages for Bodily Injury arising out of the policy coverages provided to include pain and suffering.
To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay for Bodily
Injury and Property Damage arising out of the use of mobile equipment which is owned or leased
under a written agreement by the Named Insured while it is on insured premises.
Limit of Liability: $5,000,000 Combined Single Limit
Bodily Injury and Property Damage Each Occurrence
To pay on behalf of the Insured all sums the Insured should become legally obligated to pay as
damages for Bodily Injury or Property Damage (EXCLUDING damage to the non -owned aircraft)
