Please find attached a map of the Red Eagle Property which we purchased yesterday fo�
$760,000. The property includes several buildings which we need to insure. The
buildings are pole/metal buildings. The airport manager has indicated the replacement
cost and square footage of each building. Eventually, when the airport realignment
happens the buildings will be demolished. For now, they are being leased back to Red
Eagle Aviation. I've included a copy of the lease. The realignment won't happen until
the radio towers are removed — they are in litigation — could be a while.
Fred Leistiko is our Airport Manager. He will be talking with Robin Boon at Western
States regarding the fuel tanks and the policy we have for airport liability. Call me if you
