I was at the airport until approximately 10:00 A.M. checking runway conditions and the snow removal we did yesterday
(2/2/11). This morning aircraft would be taking off to the north because of the wind conditions. [ observed atwin Baron
leaving at around 9:00 A.M. to the north and he did not violate any rules or procedures. Heclimbed straight out until he
disappeared in the overcast. | observed one single engine aircraft preparing to do some flight training, but they had not
departed by the time | left the airport for City Hall. | was not concerned about that aircraft because they were training in
the traffic pattern for several hours yesterday and they did not violate any traffic pattern work. It was not Red Eagle
aircraft, but a private aircraft receiving instruction fnznn e local instructor pilot, i did hear that aircraft departing tothe
north after I arrived at City Hell, | heard it but did not see it. They would not be "buzzing" neighborhoods because 'the
instructor is a true professional. Those are the only two aircraft operating at the airport as of 11:00 A.M. on 2/3/11.
Additionally, the FAA rules require aircraft to fly at 2,UODfeet over populated areas, like Cities and Towns.

altitude todepart. Unfortunately, overhead noise is amplified in colder weather, bui also, aircraft can climb faster in
colder weather also ,sothe crews are trying their best tobeneighborly.

WOW! Some airplane JUST buzzed above our house .... I was not able to see it but it buzzed so low ... that it VIBPATED
inside the house. Very loud .... Pretty unnerving. (2/3/Il) at 10:05 AM.
We live at6305th Avenue East Kalispell, Montana. Could you please forward this complaint to the appropriate person
a1the city airport. 11sounded oothough they headed south towards it.
