I find it interesting that nobody seems to have control over who can headquarter a business nor what type of business it is conducting at the City Airport. The planes are hauling several hundred gallons of toxic chemicals over our homes over and over again. We take the risk, you collect whatever fees they pay. There are obviously other routes to take, but the easiest route is the one taken. No guidelines for this type of operation? Why it is permitted when the airport is nearly surrounded by homes and businesses and highways is incomprehensible to me. Does it take a crash into a home and possible deaths to make a smart change? And what about your 1000 feet altitude rule, where did that go? This is stupid, and it surely shouldn't be up to me to again approach the FAA and their gee whiz, whatta you want us to do crap. They and you must have gotten together with the "here is the name and address of the cropduster, knock yourself out", excuse. I have been told by you, the FAA, the former safety officer, etc., that with the "change' in the runway, these overflights will go away. All it takes is money I guess to change all that, Tourists and cropdusters-hell with the rest of From: fleistiko(d)kalisoellcom To: trnvr(d)hotmail.com I T011 09:L20 -071 u RE: Yet Again I IM Sorry, but | don't control aircraft after they leave the airport asyou know. | would suggest you contact the FAA and ask them what the rules are out in the county where you live, and maybe they can do something about it.
