Consider this your third and final notice regarding your aircraft parked on the
Kalispell City Airport property. The monthly parking fee for parking on the airport
is $20.00 per month, paid in advance. You are currently four month overdue on
your parking fees. Consider this an invoice for the $80.00 parking fees that are due
the City of Kalispell to date.
I understand that you, or a member of your family, may be taking flying lessons at
Red Eagle Aviation. This does not relieve you from the obligation to pay the
parking fees for your aircraft. Red Eagle is a private enterprise that leases property
for a business on the airport and is totally separate from the rest of the airport. The
fact that you are taking flying lessons does not override the fact that you are parking
your aircraft on City property.
Please make arrangements to pay this invoice and keep it current, or make
arrangements to remove your aircraft from the City airport.
