We are identifying the City Dump site as Phase IV, future development. It can be shadowed in or identified the same as other City owned property. We have an agreement on the Fireplace property and will have a buy -sell within a week. We have had preliminary discussions with Doug Wise family and it was positive. Ryan and I went over the midfield FBO situation and agreed to put the fuel riyok4n Jt .2m+lf Ff f information. Over the last couple of days, we • have been in the process of pulling the runway back and re -adjusting the • associated areas, road, and airspace surfaces. • I understand that you do not have any agreements with Ron yet. I • not sure how much you and Ryan had a chance to discussed the new apron • configuration. We changed it considerably based on the actual topography • provided by the survey. There isn't too much you can do there without • losing a lot of real estate. • I understand you want this ALP completed ASAP. I • suggest we back off enough to clear the cenetery and have it only in the • RPZ. I did not realize that having an overrun required us to reprogram • everything out to the end of the overrun.
