Thanks for the update, Ryan and I talked quite a bit about the draft. We
are identifying the City Dump site as Phase IV, future development. It can
be shadowed in or identified the same as other City owned property. We have
an agreement on the Fireplace property and will have a buy -sell within a
week. We have had preliminary discussions with Doug Wise family and it was
positive.
Ryan and I went over the midfield FBO situation and agreed to put the fuel
