A quick and dirty review shows that lowering one of the towers to 150' AGL would not get us close to where we
need to be even if we raise that end of the runway considerably.
So, I would not have them waste any time evaluating that option.
If you want actual numbers let me know.
I've been traveling and will be in Harlowton tomorrow.
It sounds like the surveyors are going hard on the topographic survey right now. We are hoping that will wrap
up soon.
