Justin and I will be selling stock in Red Eagle Aviation, Inc. to Tim Kimmel, his wife and
inlaws. I will be retaining 5% interest in the company for a period of time to give it some
continuity and give Tim support to keep the business running in a progressive manner.
Tim has been the Flight instructor and main pilot for Red Eagle for the last year and a
half He is a graduate of NDU, and a native Montanan. I have full confidence in his
abilities to run the business. He will also be taking over as Chief Pilot after the first of
the year.
