Resolution 5069 - Calling for PH - Budget Amendment - SID 344 (Old School Station)A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR A PUBLIC HEARING To AMEND THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS of THE CITY of KAS. E MONTANA, AS SET FORTH IN
THE 25;26 BUDGET ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, in the budget adopted by the City of .Kalispell for the 2005-200fiscal year, certain
detailed and itemized estimates of expenditures have proven inaccurate in the
operation of said Funds for the 2005-200fiscal year.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY of
KALISPELL AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. On the 7th day of November, 2005 at :oo o'clock. P.M., in the Council
Chambers, City :fall, 312 1st Avenue East, Kalispell, Montana, the City
Council of the City of Kalispell shall hold a Public Hearing on the following
amendment to the 2005-200fiscal budget:
