We have over 700 airports and general I Users onboard and have recently added our first ma , ior Tower Li9 lit Monitoring Company. To date, we have issued over 10,000 NOTAMS via the Portal! We have received positive feedback from any users as well as suggestions for improvement. Z:I , some of those suggestions have already been incorporated and others are planned in our next updated version. Below are some of the items we are planning for Version 2.0 which is expected no later than December 1, 2008. • Report generating capability • Filtering on the Homepage - This will allow you to view ALL NOTAMS, Cancelled NOTAMS only, Active NOTAMS only, or by filter by dates. • Change calendar to display Sunday to Saturday, instead of the current Monday -Sunday configuration. • Disable the generating of an email on "Process" without NOTAM Number. This will eliminate duplicate emails for one NOTAM. Ability for User to create "Pending"NOTAMS. This will allow the User to pre -format NOTAMS in advance of the 72 hour time limit for submission and the system will 'Hold' the until the 72 hour mark at which point they will be transmitted to the specialist for handling. Now is a good time for you to touch base and let me know if you are having issues or have suggestions, please zn feel free to contact me. I am also trying to gather a few testimonials from our e-NOTAM Users describing your experience with using Z�n the new portal. How has the e-NOTAM Portal helped you in your day-to-day functions? That do you like most about using the Portal? Please provide any feedback, both positive and negative. We need your feedback to evaluate the e-NOTAM efficiencies and improve on any deficiencies. 1 would greatly appreciate hearing from you.
