Fred,
In September, I gave you some notes on the project status when we met at our Kalispell office. I have
updated these notes to make them more current for your file. Some of it is a repeat.
In September we talked about invoicing for costs so far. Since it is the end of the year, I thought it would be a
good time to put an invoice together. Essentially it completes payment for Task Order #9 — preliminary
engineering (ALP) and work we have been doing not under contract (land acquisition assistance, KGEZ
assistance and land fill evaluation). I asked accounting to include the hourly detail for these three items since
we do not have a Task Order on them. These costs include our FAR overhead rate and profit already.
Please call or email if you have questions or we need to discuss.
We have not completed Task Order #10 — Legal Land Surveying because that includes COS and
monumenting work to be done after acquisitions are complete. No further invoicing is anticipated on this Task
Order until that effort starts up again.
I don't think you have a copy of the CIP and Kalispell City Airport Parcel Inventory spreadsheets since you
marked them up at the ADO conference. I have included them in this transmittal for your review and use.
