It was a pleasure speaking with you on the phone today. I am giving you my card in case you wish to use
a broker for the future land acquisitions you have planned for the airport. The expansion of the airport
is very attractive to me and I will be looking into possible projects in the future. I currently have some
land commitments I would like to build out, at Glacier, before I venture into the Kalispell airport. I am
glad to hear you are open to office condos, a concept which seems to have very little interest at Glacier.
I have been involved in commercial brokerage for many years with an expertise in negotiations. I was
