Draft MOULakeside Sewer & Water District is interested in acquiring the option held by the City of Kalispell
on the William E. Danford property located in Section 11, T27N R21W, Flathead County,
containing 20 acres. in exchange for assignment of the option to the Lakeside Sewer & Water
District, the Lakeside Sewer & Water District agrees to grant the City of Kalispell the necessary
easements on the Danford property, plus, the necessary easements on the adjacent lands
owned by the District, in order to erect the radio towers depicted in the attached drawings
from Hatfield & Dawson, Broadcast Engineers.
The City of Kalispell would agree, in return for the easements, to pay the appraised values f
